Refund policy
By Elissa Evergreen strives to provide exceptional service our fabulously loyal customers. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better!
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 15 business days, at info@elissaevergreen.com, Â if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, these include but are not limited to, perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift card sent via email.
We do not issue refunds unless an item has a manufacturer defect.  If an item is deemed damaged due to a manufacturers defect, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
All returns must be received within 15 days* of the date that we ship out your order.
Make-up and other health and beauty items are a FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a return or refund of any kind unless the item is found to have a manufacturers defect.
Anything purchased with any form of personalization is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return or refund of any kind. Â If the item is incorrect due to a mistake on our part we will work with you to correct the issue.
Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
When returning items - please include your original packing slip and circle the item(s) you wish to return.
Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse
To start a return, please contact us at info@elissaevergreen.com , for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
