A Love Letter to 2026 and Consistency – All That Stuff, Inc.

A Love Letter to Consistency, With A Tease Of What’s Coming Next

I haven’t written a blog post for this site in almost two years, and no, that’s not because I had nothing to say. Everyone knows I have ton’s to say…

It’s because life got loud. Work got demanding. Priorities shifted. And somewhere along the way, I told the creative parts of me, “We’ll get back to this later.”

I lost a lot of myself by doing that and so… Later is now.

There’s something about the end of a year and the beginning of the next, that feels like standing barefoot at the edge of the ocean, reflective, a little emotional, and oddly brave. You start thinking about what worked, what didn’t, what you survived, and what parts of yourself you want back and are ready to reclaim.

For me, this season isn’t about reinvention.  It’s about being unafraid and returning.

This year, I’m Not Chasing Motivation, I’m Choosing Consistency

If I’ve learned anything over the last few years, it’s this: motivation is cute, but consistency pays the bills.

Consistency is showing up even when the vibe is off.

Consistency is drinking your water when you’d rather drink iced coffees.

Consistency is writing the blog post even when no one’s clapping.

And That’s the energy I want to bring into the new year.

It's NOT “new year, new me.” it's more like “new year, same me - just more intentional.”

One of the things I’m recommitting to is tracking the small things that quietly add up. If you’ve followed me for any amount of time, you know I love a good tool that keeps me honest without being annoying.

Two things I’m starting the year with (again, because they work):

  • A 30-day commitment planner  I really like this one because its the kind that doesn’t ask you to fix your whole life, just to show up today. https://amzn.to/4pVWvKU
  • A water-intake tracking bottle — because hydration is self-care and I am bad at it.  Yes, I still need reminders, and this water bottle gives them to you, who wouldn’t want that. https://amzn.to/4jkPila

Nothing flashy. Just systems that support consistency instead of perfection.

Here’s the Part Where I Get a Little Excited

This blog isn’t just a “hello again.” It’s a soft launch, because there are new projects coming. New things I committed to!

Creative ones. Business ones. Social ones.  Ones that feel very me,  thoughtful, strategic, playful, and now built with intention - not driven by perfection.

I’m easing back into blogging not because I “should,” but because I want to. Because writing puts the world in perspective.

In the coming year, you’ll see:

  • More writing
  • More behind-the-scenes of what I’m doing, and building
  • More creative projects
  • More tools, favorites, and resources I actually use
  • And yes… a few surprises I’m not quite ready to spill yet

You can consider this your heads-up - it’s all coming 😉

If You’re Reading This…

Let this be your permission slip to be unafraid!

You don’t need a perfect plan to start again.
You don’t need to catch up.
You don’t even need to explain the pause.

In other words you don't need to be perfect! You just need to show up, once, and then do it again.

Here is to leaving the quest for perfect behind, and embracing my word of the year unafraid.  Here’s to progress over pressure and consistency over chaos.

My wish for you, is that your year is filled with building the life (and business, if you want it) that feels right.

I’ll be here. striving for consistency and showing up to clap for everyone else who shows up too!

So welcome back, to me, and maybe to you too. May 2026 be 365 of your very best pages.
